Weather Concerns | Convectively induced east to southeast winds at this typing are forecast to veer more southerly through sunrise. A more southwest direction and increase in speed is forecast by late morning with gusts around 30 mph likely. Storms are possible north of the burn site late this afternoon and evening, which may push outflow boundaries southward toward the burn site, shifting winds to westerly or northerly. If outflow boundaries do not affect the burn site, a northerly wind shift will still be seen after 9 p.m. as a strong cold front moves through. |
