Aerial video from yesterday afternoon on the #LastResortFire shows smoke from ground fire. Most surface fire has been cooled by recent rain. Stay tuned for aerial photos of progress we’re making on canals, plugs, and water movement to begin the big “plumbing operation” to wet these smoldering soils.
