Smoke from fire activity on the west flank of the fire is visible from Highway 40 and also on the east side of the Continental Divide. This activity is still within the fire management area and poses no immediate threat. Firefighters are on the ground actively engaging where it is safe to do so. There are two helicopters responding as well. Stay tuned for an operational update video this afternoon.
