Current Weather
Weather Concerns

Convectively induced northeast winds are forecast to veer southeast through sunrise, then more southerly through the morning. A more southwest direction and increase in speed is forecast for the afternoon with gusts around 30 mph likely. Storms are possible north of the burn site late this afternoon and evening, which may push outflow boundaries southward toward the burn site, shifting winds to westerly or northerly. If outflow boundaries do not affect the burn site, a northerly wind shift will be seen toward or after 9 p.m. as a strong cold front moves through.
