Plains/Thompson Falls Ranger District: Firefighters plan to conduct up to 20 acres of hand pile burning created from hazardous tree removal in campgrounds.  The pile burn is located northeast of Thompson Falls, south of Copper King Campground.   Smoke may be visible from Thompson Falls.

Seeley Ranger District:Firefighters will conduct up to 5 acres of pile burning to reduce hazardous fuels from previous vegetation management operations, as conditions allow. Prescribed fire operations will take place off the Boy Scout Road, northwest of Seeley Lake. Smoke may be visible from Highway 83 and Seeley Lake.
Seeley Ranger District:Firefighters will conduct up to 5 acres of pile burning today to reduce hazardous fuels from previous vegetation management operations. Pending conditions, the pile burns will take place around Camp Paxson and the Water District.   Smoke may be visible from Highway 83.
