Crews made great progress yesterday tying in several sections of containment line and reinforcing existing line by conducting several back burn operations. Low winds and high humidity last night helped with recovery, a cold front has moved into the area causing a shift in wind, but due to improved containment is little concern. Some of the TAMFS crews will be released from the fire today if everything goes to plan, the local TAMFS crews will stay at the fire to monitor it over the next day or two. Currently the Buck fire sits at 15000 acres with 75% containment.
