Forward progression has stopped. Texas A&M Forest Service's dozers are constructing line around the perimeter. Engines are patrolling the fire perimeter and cooling off any hot spots along the way. There is no longer any threat to the six reported threatened structures. There was one direct save by local firefighters. Air resources provided water drops, allowing ground resources to put out the fire.
