The Yellow Brick Fire, caused by a lightning strike on August 11, 2022, is located just outside the city of Graford, in Palo Pinto County. The fire remains at 109 acres and it is 75% contained.Weather: Warm and dry conditions can be expected through this afternoon with light east winds and temperatures near 100 degrees. Minimum afternoon humidity will drop to around 30%. Winds will become more southerly overnight with humidity recovery to around 70%.
