Very hot weather will make it easier for wildfires to start. Folks in and around the woods should be extra careful with anything that can start a fire. If you have a campfire, make sure to clear fuels from around the ring, keep your fire small, and make sure never leave it unattended. Put it out each evening and when you leave your camp. All the way out! Use the drown, stir, feel, repeat method.
