3/31 Final Update: Hualapai Prescribed Burn Operations are complete. BLM Fire Crews burned roughly 2500 acres. No issues. Ridge Road near Pine Lake and Wild Cow Springs Campground will be closed thru 1April22 due to culvert road work.

Incident Description | CRD Fire Staff are planning to initiate a 2500 acre chaparral burn in the Hualapai Mountains (Blue Tank and Bull Canyon Drainages) starting tomorrow. Weather permitting, firing operations will be completed in one to two days. Smoke will be visible at times from Kingman, I-40 from Topock to Fort Rock area, Hwy 93 from Kingman area south to Wikieup. |
