The closure applies to all National Forest System (NFS) lands, including roads and trails, depicted in the attached map.
The boundary of the area closure is generally described as beginning at the corner of National Forest System Road (NFSR) 359 and 425P1 at T12N R2E Section 30 continuing east on NFS roads 425P1 to 425P2 to 259A-1 to intersection of NFSR 259. Continuing west on NFSR 259 to forest boundary at southeast corner of T12N R2E section 25.Continuing southeast along the forest boundary to T8N R4E Section 13, the southwest along Meagher/ Broadwater county line running along the ridge between Mount Edith and Mount Baldy, then west to the Forest boundary / south section line of T8N R4E Sections 17 and 18, then north along the forest boundary to NFSR 359 (Avalanche Creek) T10N R1E Section 11, then north along NFSR 359 back to the intersection with NFSR 425P1. All NFSR boundary roads listed above are included in the closed area and are therefore CLOSED to public use.
