The side-by-side comparison shows the difference between two days of prescribed burning operations on the Tinker Bugs Timber Sale Project. On September 25, more noticeable smoke was seen from a distance. On September 26, there is a very tony, barely noticeable white puff of smoke coming from the units. The comparison shows a good example of how different weather and fuel conditions can impact the amount of smoke that is produced, based off of whether or not fuels were able to be successfully ignited.
