Evacuation Status Reduced for Forest Falls and Mountain Home Village

UPDATE-Today at 12:00 pm, Evacuation Orders are now lifted for the communities of Mountain Home Village and Forest Falls. These areas remain under an Evacuation Warning.  Access is for residents of these communities only with ID.

All other orders remain in place. Please use caution for emergency personnel working in the area. There will be a hard road closure at Hwy 38 & Valley of the Falls Dr.  https://bit.ly/32HAKGp

Residents should be aware that Forest Falls remains without power and cell service is sketchy.  Please take proper precautions if returning home.

There will be a community meeting tonight at 4 p.m. at Big Falls Lodge, 41303 Valley of the Falls Dr., Forest Falls.  The meeting will take place outside and masks must be worn.
