Daily chances of afternoon and evening thunderstorms exist through Wednesday, which could bring gusty and erratic winds. Hot and dry conditions also persist through Wednesday. A brief period of gusty southerly winds are possible the evening prior to the cold front, which is expected to bring cooler temperatures with forecasts in the high 60s Thursday and Friday.
