Continue direct attack where possible, continue preparations along Quemado Lake Road in case needed as a holding feature. Begin mopping areas of heat near the fire perimeter.

Protect values at risk, including private property/residences, Socorro Electric Powerline, range infrastructure, Quemado Lake Recreation Area, cultural resources.

Hold existing firelines including hand line, dozer line, and roads.
