The following zone is being downgraded from an ORDER to a WARNING:

North- Trabuco Rd.
South- Soth of South Main Divide
East - Arroyo Rd
West Rodeo Rd/ Los Pinos Rd
Highway 74 remains closed on the Riverside County side
