Prescribed burning operations are paused due to rain received on units last night. Yesterday, crews were able to accomplish approximately 25 acres of burning.

The Rescue Jensen Prescribed Burn is approximately eight miles east of Pierce, ID. The purpose for this prescribed burn is to reduce hazardous fuels and prepare a site for future planting.
